Engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, views). Audience demographics and analytics. Post thumbnails, videos, media content (retained for limited periods). Collected via direct API integrations and third-party services like IMAI and OnSocial.

Information from vendors assisting with marketing/promotional services.

Content or information from your accounts if you sign in via third-party sites (e.g., social networks)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

Marketing and selling the Services, sending emails, updates, customer support interactions, and communications; including celebrating creator milestones and engagement on our public social channels.displaying advertisements, Interest-Based Ads (targeted advertising); and facilitating direct Brand/Creator communication.
Data Analysis and Monitoring
Monitoring usage patterns, application performance, and generating reports for debugging, A/B testing, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
Automated Decisions
Limited profiling to suggest creator-brand matches, contract eligibility criteria, and detect fraud. These decisions are subject to meaningful human review, and you have the right to contest them.

Email privacy@influur.com with the subject line “AI Training Opt-Out.”
Opting out will not affect data that has already been anonymized and incorporated into our models.

Rights by Location
California Residents (CCPA and CPRA)
Rights include requesting disclosure of data used for direct marketing, opting out of the sale or sharing of Personal Data, limiting the use of Personal Data, and limiting the use of Sensitive Personal Information.
EU and UK Residents (GDPR)
