2. How We Use Your Information

Monitoring usage patterns, application performance, and generating reports for debugging, A/B testing, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
Automated Decisions
Limited profiling to suggest creator-brand matches, contract eligibility criteria, and detect fraud. These decisions are subject to meaningful human review, and you have the right to contest them.

Opting out will not affect data that has already been anonymized and incorporated into our models.

Rights by Location

California Residents (CCPA and CPRA)
Rights include requesting disclosure of data used for direct marketing, opting out of the sale or sharing of Personal Data, limiting the use of Personal Data, and limiting the use of Sensitive Personal Information.

EU and UK Residents (GDPR)
Rights include restricting or objecting to processing, accessing and deleting data, requesting human review of automated decisions, and protections for special categories of Personal Data such as racial or ethnic origin.

Mexican Residents (LFPDPPP)
